How is the Digital Media Tax Credit Calculated?

Lets assume you spend $10 million in 2021 on digital media services from qualified vendors in New Jersey or by paying salaries to NJ workers. You'd get at least $3 million in sellable tax credits (30% of $10 million). Now, if you spend $20 million in 2022 on eligible expenses, you'd qualify for an extra $6 million in tax credits (30% of $20 million). Keep doing this until you use up all the credits available with the NJEDA.
